Andi Erpelding and the Erpelding team are amazing realtors to work with. She and the team were instrumental in helping to determine market valuation of six separate properties for an estate that I had to manage. These ranged from vacant lots to mountain residential properties to industrial properties. They continued to support and rapidly complicated sale of four unique properties in this set. During sale they were a fountain of knowledge regarding contractors, and they continue to support those who acquired the one of the properties to optimize use and value of the property. Their professionalism is even more important in that I have managed this from out of state and she saved me many thousands of dollars in travel costs that I would have incurred without such expert help.
As just one example of their value added - One of the vacant lots sold for 10 times the estimated value provided by the person who had been managing the property for my mother before she passed!

Not only was she knowledgeable about local market conditions, but also about property/land conditions in different areas, which helped inform me of potential issues that I would not have otherwise been aware of as an out of town buyer. Andi was so wonderful and helpful throughout our entire first time home buying experience. She really made sure that we took the time to find the right house instead of trying to find a home as quickly as possible. She was great at listening to what we wanted and needed and helping us find something that worked for us. I worked with both Andi and her dad through a very difficult transition in my life. I was selling my house in Colorado and moving back to Wisconsin (I lived in Colorado since 2009 but a Wisconsin native). She understood the emotion and past behind selling the house. It was the first house I purchased. I lost my kitty cat Audrey Hepburn in the house and welcomed my new boy (cat) Jimmy Stewart into my life. I also spent some of my last days with my husband before he passed away. He had cancer and we spent as much time as we could together, mostly resting and relaxing in my home (thankfully I could work from home).
They understood how much my little house meant to me. They also were open to me contacting them when I had any dumb questions or requests through the whole process. I appreciate the compassion they had through the whole process. Tears happened.
I would recommend them for anyone who has to sell their house and need someone who will listen and be supportive of your situation.
